About the Role
A specialty cardiac hospital is urgently hiring experienced ICU nurses skilled in critical care and ventilator management to join their expanding intensive care unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide critical care nursing for ICU/CCU patients on ventilatory support
- Monitor hemodynamic parameters and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Administer IV medications, vasopressors, and critical care protocols as prescribed
- Maintain accurate nursing notes and vitals records in the digital EMR
- Coordinate with intensivists and specialists during daily care rounds
- Support family communication and patient education as part of the ICU team
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc Nursing with valid TNMC registration
- 3–7 years ICU/CCU experience in a hospital setting
- BLS/ACLS certified
- Ventilator management skills (mandatory)
Nice to Have
- Experience in cardiac ICU or post-cardiac surgery care
- CCRN or equivalent critical care certification
