Yes — 100% free. We never charge candidates a registration fee, placement fee, or any upfront cost. We earn our fee from the employer when a placement is confirmed. You pay nothing at any stage.

How long does it take to get placed?

For standard nursing and allied health roles, we typically match candidates to open positions within 48–72 hours of registration. Timelines vary by specialisation, location, and employer availability — but most active candidates hear back from us within 2–3 working days.

Question 3

Will you share my CV with employers without asking me?

Accepted Answer

No. We will never forward your CV to any employer without your explicit consent. Before submitting your profile to any hospital or clinic, we call or message you to confirm the role details, the employer identity, and your interest. You stay in control throughout.

Question 4

Do you help with TNMC or nursing council registration?

Accepted Answer

We guide you on the process and documentation required for TNMC registration or renewal. While we don't file applications on your behalf, our consultants can advise on what's needed and connect you with the right contacts. We can also shortlist roles where the employer will assist with council registration.

Question 5

Do you place freshers with no experience?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have active requirements for B.Sc Nursing freshers, DMLT freshers, and healthcare BPO roles that are open to candidates with no prior work experience. Medical coding training programmes are also available through some of our employer partners.

Question 6

Can you help me relocate to Chennai or another city?

Accepted Answer

We can support with information on housing, cost of living, and employer relocation allowances where applicable. Many of our hospital partners offer accommodation or relocation support for outstation candidates — we'll highlight this when matching you to roles.
