About Home Care Nurses
Home Care Nurses deliver clinical care in the patient's home: medication and IV administration, wound and bedsore care, tracheostomy and Ryles tube care, catheter management, and vitals monitoring. They often work alone without a doctor on the floor, so confidence and judgement matter as much as technical skill. SAMA Consulting recruits TNMC-registered GNM and B.Sc nurses, ICU-experienced nurses for critical care at home, and trained patient attendants. We screen each one for home-setting readiness, the conditions they have handled, and availability for visit, 12-hour, or 24-hour live-in shifts. The same pool also staffs SAMA's own home nursing service.

- Active TNMC registration for nursing roles
- BLS certification preferred; ICU experience for critical care at home
- Experience with tracheostomy, Ryles tube, catheter, and wound care
