Key Responsibilities

• ICU Doctor
• Openings : 2
• Location: Coimbatore
• Qualification: MD/DNB/MBBS
• Exp : 1 to 5
• Salary : 1.5lakh + ( negotiable based on previous/current CTC)
• Shift Time : 8PM to 8AM
• Clinical Responsibilities
• Assess and manage critically ill ICU patients
• Diagnose life-threatening conditions quickly
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress continuously
• Manage ventilators and life-support equipment
• Handle medical emergencies and code blue situations
• Prescribe medications, fluids, blood products, and nutrition
• ICU Procedures
• Perform intubation and airway management
• Insert central venous and arterial lines
• Manage mechanical ventilation
• Perform bedside critical care procedures
• Ensure infection control and patient safety standards
• Coordination & Team Management
• Coordinate with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and allied health staff
• Lead ICU rounds and clinical discussions
• Guide junior doctors and nursing teams
• Arrange specialist consultations when required
• Patient & Family Communication
• Explain patient condition and treatment plans
• Discuss risks, prognosis, and critical updates
• Counsel families regarding ICU care decisions
• Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain accurate ICU records and treatment notes
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and quality standards
• Participate in audits and clinical reporting
• Administrative & Academic Responsibilities
• Support ICU policy implementation
• Participate in training, teaching, and CME programs
• Stay updated with critical care guidelines and technologies
• Emergency Responsibilities
• Respond to rapid response/cardiac arrest calls
• Manage trauma and emergency stabilization
• Provide critical care during postoperative recovery when needed
